ROFL Toad! What's wrong with cities? But I tend to agree, I wouldn't want to live in a large one. Luxembourg is OK though - I love that bridge/viaduct which overlooks the town. Luxembourg (the city) isn't that big, I don't think. It's one of the few places where the capital city has the same name as the country. The only other one I can think of is Mexico/Mexico City.

What's wrong with cities?

They're chock full of people who think they know what's best for everyone.

You have those in the country too.... they just can't get near you or affect you as much and the density/percent of them is far, far lower.

Cities are OK to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.

I'm looking for my country place right now. The city came out and swallowed up the little town I bought into 20 years ago. The nannes are swarming like termites.
