With the release of 1.06 the perk system gets to move forward. We're starting out with the Tempest, Ta 152, and Ar 234 in that category. There's going to be a lot of changes to make and improvements to address as we start to balance out this system. There will be some oscillations until the system stabilizes, but it is not a static system and will require some time to accomplish that.
