I was in a B24 this morning and ended up in a buff fight with two flights of nme B24's they had dropped their eggs and were on the way home, btw this was an interesting fight.
Anyway I ended up going down
and switched to the outside view as I wanted to see the damage before I bailed.
What I saw was both rudders still intact but without any connection to the tail
(I think the correct term for the missing part is vertical stabilisers), I got a couple of dumps but they are on my PC at home.
its not a big thing, I was dead anyway but it would have been interesting to see if the plane was still flying without the stabilisers.
