I say build him a special coffin.

One with feeding tubes...one with water one with baby food.

Enough of it to last him 3 weeks.

One with hand and leg restraints.

Strip him naked, strap him inside the coffin, spread flesh-eating insect eggs between his legs.

Bury him alive.

In those 3 weeks he will defecate and urinate on himself, making the larvae spawn and start eating him from his dick and anus upwards.

The guy will either starve to death or be eaten alive.

That should be the death penalty for animals like him.

I didn't put my opinion about what should be done to this trash. While the "idea" of making him suffer is somewhat appealing I don't want to engage in anything like that. This waste of oxygen should simply be strapped down and given the lethal injection, soon. There isn't any "justice" that can be rendered that would make things right. All we can do is see that no one ever again suffers from having this "person" around. IMO he has forfieted his priveledge to remain above ground.

Bingo... in the same manner that you put down an animal, you take him outside, but the gun to his head and end him. You cut the cancer off. You don't play with it.

It's unfortunate there wasn't the same outcry over this dirtbag's 24th arrest as there was over this last one....maybe a little girl might still be alive today.

I hope you're being sarcastic Sandy. The death penalty should be a philosophical issue, not an emotional one. This dirtbag should have been warehoused for life about two sexual assaults ago- I'm angered he was allowed back out.

I have to wonder, is this type of behavior isolated to the United States? Do other countries have these same types of offenders running around and they aren't caught, or are there better ways of dealing with them? Maybe you just don't hear about what happens to this type of offender in other countries? I can't image any culture tolerating this type of person.

Personally, this is a no brainer and the convict needs to be killed, which I am sure is not a world view. Killing the offender may not be the most 'civilized' approach, but it is 100% effective in preventing a repeat offense along with making more jail space available. Castration would work as well, but that seems even less civilized than a death penalth.
