Posting a Film

Can someone please give me instructions on how to post a film in a messsage? I really like the idea of posting a film for others to review and critique, but have no idea how to do that.
Does it matter that I am on Dial-up? (56K)
Simple, but complete instructions would be greatly appreciated, I'm not entirely computer literate. I do have the basics down though (I think, hehe).

mtnman... you need to "host" the film somewhere on the net...

is a place that allows this, there are similar sites, but 99.999% wouldnt' support *.AHF files, you'd probably have to find a site either you control or hosts *.ZIP files....
