HTC got a customer made one...

Skuzzy got a customer made one... (although he refused to use it, the ungrateful, tall, skinny, muscle car, bbq lovin' bearded bastage!)

as for sudz, i have only been in the "community" for 3 years, and know little to nothing about him, sorry, seems like a funny guy, but i dont know enough to think of an avatard suggestion
