Welcome aboard CAP1. Yes this place is lousy with ex-AirWarriorIII pilots - myself included.

1st things 1st, get ready to get face shot:eek:  AH has the head-on shot and collisions turned wide open (as it should be) and you will need to completely purge yourself of some of the habits you learned in AirWarrior (I speak from experience). All that being said, I think your going to love it here!

Warning, shameless recruiting attempt imminent...

CAP1, check out my squad's website at http://www.sky-pirates.org/ if your interested drop our C.O. a line at hammer@netaces.org

WTF was Air Warrior?  Sounds like an expansion pack for the Hello Kitty MMOG.

I was an operator (moderator) and flew as CWA.

Those were great days.

You could kick back, grab a beer from the "ice box", crank up the victrola and fly Air Warrior Classic.

:)

Now I just fumble around in AHII with all the full realism studs, just trying to get the random kill.  Thank god for proxies.  :D

oOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH...... ...
I can't wait to get my machine back from the shop...........this is gonna be FFFFUUUUNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!:)

so far i've been warned about the head on shots........what else is improved over AW? and how's the 38 fly here? Is the spit still over-modeled as it was in AW?
And finally although it may be the wrong place to ask this........what joysticks seem to work best in here? i used to use the CH sticks, throttle and rudder pedals.

CYALL soon!!!!!
