Why no spit IX?

The spit 9 entered service 7-42 and the spit 14 1-44. Dont know if the brits still used the 9, but it has'nt been in earlyer Rhine setups so I left it out.

"Why no spit IX?"

lol. I saw the topics title and I knew, without even looking at the arena setup,  that someone would ask where the Spit was.

Like asking a "when" question and someone saying "two weeks."    Post a CT setup and someone will ask "WH3RE"S THE SP1TfiR3?!"

Westy that's because there are instances when the spitfire saw service but not included.   Truekill the spit IX saw service in europe until the end of the war, it  was the RAF's mainstay fighter from 43 onwards (well the spit LF IX)

The allies have the Spit 14 unperked, why would you need the Spit 9? Sheesh, cant make anybody happy.

So, you are not going to try it because the allies dont get the Spit 9 yet they get the unperked Spit 14? On top of that, the LW uberplanes, 152, 163, 262, are all perked.

Seriously, I'm not intending to flame you, I am interested in your reasoning as to why that upsets you.

You are mistaken if you think i'm not going to retry the CT due to the absence of the spit 9.  However i've come to the conclusion I don't need to visit the CT to see it is still the same.

There was me thinking the CT wanted/needed more players.  I'm sure there is a reason why there is currently 350 in MA, 10 in TA, over 20 in the DA and 0 in the CT right now.
