Go to
Creative Labs
and you can click on the auto-update. It will download and install the drivers for you or you can do it manually by clicking on the download link.

call creative customer service number theyll help you install the right way, but ill tell you you probably need to uninstall all WDM drivers and then reinstall them, then install software on disk..
