I want to thank ALL of you for your wonderful and heartfelt expressions of sympathy.  I have taken genuine comfort reading them.  Thank you all sincerely!  I mean this deeply, thank you!

To DiabloTX, thank you for referring to the the Yessong "Turn of the Century"......it is such a beautiful song and so appropraite.  Diablo and I both share a love of the music of Yes and Dad sincerely appreciated Yesmusic too! (it was my dads 1964 Fender jaguar afterall that began my journey into music in the first place, thanks dad).

Dad loved taking 35mm film and had them developed as slides for viewing in the slide projector format.  We have slides starting in 1957 going through 1977.  I hope that I can manage to share some of these pictures with all of you in the not too distant future.

Dads remains were cremated and placed in a Urn that now rests atop the liquor cabinet in the dining room where he loved to read the paper, do the crossword puzzles, watch the news, eat wonderful dinners and drink martinis, wine and beer with family and friends.  We had such a wonderful time together dad.

Charlie is now in a holding pattern while he waits for Jean to come in on final so they both can rest in peace together.

When the time comes we will take mom and dad back to where they met in Idaho and give them back to the earth in their most favourite place.

Thank you!

Sorry to hear of your loss, Yeager - condolences to you and your family.

... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB
