Skin download kills my FPS and makes averything warp around. I want to be able to have it enabled only when in tower.

When I had my beloved cable modem I had no problem with it

. But when I had to go to dial-up

it hurts a little. Though not too much to be terrible.

BTW I donwloaded and installed the last skin pack and AH still keeps downloading skins

That is cause we released 16 more new ones today. That batch is not on the WEB page yet.
