Hey gang:

I just noticed when playing around in dxdiag, that my vid card and sound share the same IRQ, 17.

Is that a problem? (No conflict messages ever showed up.)

Not always. But it can be.

usually no problem but would be better if not.

You can try to change that in motherboard bios or plug the sound card in another pci slot which usually gives it another interrupt.

Ya know , I might give that a try, I've always felt I shoulda seen a better imrpovement since i put this card in.
