Hangers destruction

How about if at an airfield and when the hangers are destroyed it limits the speed that  a/c can up from that field by increasing the time it takes to spawn a/c  ie. 4 hangers regular time(instant), 3 hangers, +5 seconds, 2 hangers left..+10 secs ..... or another type of time penalty, or variation of this.

Wouldn't happen.  The vulchers would whine so loud that you would be able to stand on the moon and hear it.

It wouldnt make much of a difference unless it was a longer wait (1-2 minutes) at whoch point we end of negating the need to detraoy ALL the hangers.

Ive though about things like less hangers mean less planes available, but again, it ends up making the last hanger meaningless....ah well

i think the 1st hanger destroyed should take out the lala's and the second destroyed take out the spitty's.

LOL.....I thought they were talking about detroying my website for a minute there...which of course started out as combathangEr because combathangAr was registered (although inactive).

But now I got both....and PLEASE dont bomb my website!

        Why are you guys whining about vulching a bases b4 capture?  Should we show you more respect to enemy plane upping or to  friendly goon pilot that fly 2 sectors for capture?

Nah, by all means, if you have goons comming in, vulch, kill fh, vh, everything you can to capture the base.  However, if the FHs are up I would like a chance to defend.  Best defence is the lala and the spit.

However, there are certen people that would come in just for the vulch and no intend of capturing.  I like to chase them down after they ran out of ammo.  If all left is IL2s then they get to fly home without any chalenge.

As always, I'm with you on this, but I think the idea has some merit given the fact that you wouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for all the hangars to respawn.  Instead the most you'd have to wait is 1-2 minutes to be able to re-up without the possibility of all fighters being disabled.  This may be a good compromise for the folks that want to be able to stop an advance by killing the FH, and the anti-fun nazi folks who like the constant fighting.  :confused:

I like that idea, I also like the idea that perhaps hangers at fields should be tied directly to certain types of aircraft.   And only certain types of aircraft could spawn from a field.   With airfields close together on the large maps all aircraft would be available within a three sector area.  Something like that, any ideas?

That also Numbers of aircraft of any type be tied to the ability of the country to build aircraft.  That Aircraft factories have a strategic value.  As Aircraft factories are destroyed or damaged, that aircraft delivers be slowed.

The planes good for fast responce when a base is under attack, don't have the fuel to fly 3 sectors.  The once that do, will be there too late.  Cap the field and vulch if you want to supress fighting or fighters.

Yeah sure we can, when I can log in and find a good fight/furball, just like I can always log in and find something to bomb.

Problem is, once you start to eliminate my ability to fight, either by killing the hangers/carrier or delaying my ability to up an aircraft, then no we really can't get along.

Why don't people come up with ways to make the fights last longer or make them more challenging?  Why are people always suggesting ways to stop the fighting rather than enhance the fights?

So your telling me the hordes of base capture people are not enough to drop the city/vh and cap the field long enough to capture the field.  Now you need to delay a players ability to up and take the most desirable machine to defend.  

Why don't we make it so all you have to do is fly the goon over the city and you get the capture lolh:rolleyes:
