What is Internet Mark 2 and will HT be implmenting it?

A consortium of people who have bilked many for money so they could tell us what we already know.

It's not up to us to implement it.  For the last 10 years or so, there has been a luke warm attempt at upgrading the Internet in the U.S.
It has been met with apathy.  In short, when the thing comes crashing down on our heads, we (in this context I am referring to the U.S. as a country) might do something about it.  Big *might*.

IPv6 is huge in Asia now, in fact the Japanese goverment won't talk to you unless your network is IPv6.
