A fiber cable upstream of our provider was accidentally cut today, leaving us severed. Our provider (Savvis) expected that this will not take long to repair given the number of sites affected. However, they did not know the severity of the problem or what was involved in fixing it.
Unfortunately, this message will not find you until we are accessible again. But I'm posting it anyway so you'll know what happened. Thanks for your patience and our apologies for this inconvenience.
