Becareful of your saves.. thats right my whole game is gone. I went to play yesterday and said data card corrupt. So I guess I'm out of the races for a while. I called a buddie of mine who has been playing it too.. I'm going over to copy his card so I can get the licences quickly..

I must have accidently turn it off while it was saving or something. I don't recall seeing the read indicator.  Just thought I would give you guys a heads up.

Don't spill Kool-Aid on them either. Cost me 250 GT3 cars.

The game lets you import up to 100k from a Gt3 save, so my first car was an 00 Z06 that I was immediately able to upgrade very nicely.  Some may consider this cheating, but I'll be damned if I was gonna run the Sunday Cup 20 + times like I had to in Gt3.

Something to watch out for, if you want to save your game onto 2 memory cards and have a backup of it.  Do the copy from card to card in the browser screen.  DO NOT just pop in a new mem card and save your GT4 game.  You'll have all your credits, stats/completed races/etc, but you'll lose every car you have in your garage except for the car you are currently in.  Found this out the hard way because I didn't read all the little popup windows that came up after I switched memcards and saved a 'backup game', then switched back to my regular memcard.

As for the best money maker in the game... the DTM series in the Euro events.  I used the Benz 190E touring car to win the manufacturer's one make event, Legend of the Silver Arrow I think, and won the Benz CLK Touring car.  Used the CLK touring car in the DTM series.  15k for a 1st finish, 7500 for 2nd, 75k (I think) for 1st overall in the series, and the prize car you win sells for 750-760k.  Time compression mode in Bspec and you can do the whole thing in 15-20min.

Ok put a few laps in, best so far is 1'02.005, just added the drivetrain stuff and the LSD.
If I manage to cut it under 1' I'll be glad enough.

So we buy the HPA car, slap on R3 tires, and then have 50 grand to spend on mods, yes?
