No, guessing beyond any shadow of a doubt.

Not to mention using your blind guess as a basis for trotting out your bias/animosity as well.

You can take the Zulu7 out of the name but you can't take the Zulu7 out of the man.

The most laughable thing I've found on this BBS lately is......... you.

Check out This Link .  It's based on the book "Magnum: The Pacific War".

From the NYT,

"Mr. Haggis and Mr. Eastwood are also collaborating on an ambitious idea to simultaneously produce a second Iwo Jima film. An unknown writer, Iris Yama****a, has been hired to write the script with Mr. Haggis for a movie that would be told from the Japanese point of view and shot in Japanese side by side with "Flags of Our Fathers."

Damn but I think it's an amazing idea.  On of the best WW2 movies had a similar idea, what with the duel-national production staff for "Tora, Tora, Tora".  I thought it was extremely even handed.

If this happens, it will make for two "must see" movies for me.

That sounds VERY interesting. I like movies that show a different battlefield POV. Das Boot, The Enemy Below and Tora, Tora, Tora are great examples.
