How do you set convergence?
« on: April 06, 2005, 11:23:20 AM »
I seem to be having a problem with my installation.  When I'm in the hanger and select a bomber the "set convergence" button doesn't appear.  Is there some trick that I'm missing?  I know I used to be able to do this and I would switch convergence depending on the alt I expect to bomb at but now my guns seem to be stuck on a convergence setting of about 400 ft which makes them useless in a bomber.  Please Help!!!

We really need the tail guns set to about 1000 to do any good.

You cant set convergence in bombers.

Why not?  Do you have any idea what the convergence is set at?

Are you talking about what point the guns from different planes in a formation converge, or the guns from one position of one plane?

Try this thread it should answer all your questions.

I was talking about the convergence on the tail gun of a single bomber.  It appears that the tracers cross at about d4-500 but thanks for the info, I'll go back and experiment a bit more.
