i agree on this one ...but not without disclaimer...
its not usually a good idea for a vendor to excercize verbal contempt for a customer...but then, we all have our definition of moderator, and i have no personal ill will towards the "perp".
we have had our differences...but i came to the conclusion that its just not that easy being a moderator, especially not in this muddy room of vagrant troll monsters and crabheads....we shouldnt expect that anyone would have to clam thier lips because they work for the company...so long as the power isnt excercized in such a way as to become unfair and domineering.
an opinion is a right that we all should have...AND SO SHOULD HE.
i have seen cases where i didnt think that it was being excercized fairly and i have expressed my feelings on the matter at such times. our moderator has listened and when i have actually discussed it with him has proven fair in the end.
when it comes down to it...its a ****e job having to put up with us.
so, until i reach a point where i feel that his words are actually personal and not due to the volumous pressure of dealing with our collective insanity, or until i feel that he is excercizing it without the interests of the board and the community in mind i continue to pay my dollar.
when that line is crossed...i wont.
we all have that right.
and so does a moderator in his world.
