But if you do have means to pay, they'll charge you for both, you and the dudes who gets it for free.
So all you have to do is to claim that you are here illegally. I wonder how you "prove" that you are illegal.
BTW, I'll bet that claiming to be illegal in order to avoid paying for services is illegal in itself. ANd if this is the case, this law WILL be enforced to the fullest extent.
The whole thing is absurd. Otherwise sensible people actually discussing whether criminals have right to our income or not.
Pretty soon we'll have laws demanding that anyone can enter your house at will, demand to be clothed, fed and provided with healthcare, and if you refuse, he can sue you using your money to pay for the lawyer. You obviously lose, and he gets even more of your money for of his distress.
