Um, the whole of the MA is basked in perpetual daylight.  What darkness are you speaking of?

What he's saying..(not in CT enough to know if pattern is same there) is that its ALWAYS early AM, or late afternoon, hence ya are guaranteed to spend half the trip trying to avoid glare

I have rarely had a problem with the glare or as mentioned below ambient lighting. :)

it is not only the glare, it is the ambient light.

Daylight never felt as bright as it should for some reason.

I've heard that verious people think the latest games, and not just AH2, seem 'darker' overall. I only play AH2 so I can't relate to it but I have bumped my gamma up to 1.1 or 1.2 and keep it there. When its darker I bump my gamma up to 1.4
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

bumping gamma ruins all the visuals, the lack of contrasts is even more acentuated.

Just build yourself a good light-blocking simpit. If all the light in the thing comes from the monitor you shouldn't have any trouble seeing in the dusk.

In other words your problem is that your just not a big enough airplane nerd.

Screw that, it would mean going out and buying curtains, and I rather like flaunting my sublime male figure to all of Queens.

I have cut and taped several fridge boxes together for the ultimate in immersive gaming- The SimCave. Seeing as I get no ambient airflow/light/social interaction, game seems plenty bright enough to me.
