The Eastern Panhandle (Morgan, Berkeley, and Jefferson County) is the Washingtonians Colonial Wilderness. Shepherdstown is only 90 miles from DC, Harpers Ferry even closer. As a kid, I used to walk down main street and there would be not one single license plate from WV, Only MD, VA, DC. They moved in and bought everything up.

Where I live, is more Rust Belt (North Central WV). The Industry is gone, but other jobs are starting to come back. There is a lot more rural area here, than in the Panhandle though. When you think of WV from the movies or the media, thats where I live now. Shameful really.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!
