(In all fairness to HTC Aces High is the ultimate game and I appreciate all the hard work HTC puts into it to make it so. I am just blowing off steam about the last patch...but my questions are genuine.

You must be new here.  You can see from others comments that we are not too woried about HTC making things right.  This is one of the best run games around, just chill out and you will see.

I just loaded up the new patch this morning, first time out got a niki a La7 and  even got a shot/pings on a 262 at 1k out  with a F4U-1, I figured I just  only spooked the 262 but was rewarded the kill later on.......  

love the framerate, was consistently pegged at 74/75   even over the smoking/burning airfields

I  was getting 69/70 in the last patch down to say 50 over a furball or smoking field
