Version 2.03 Patch 1 Changes

The gunsight on the 190D-9 was not centered.
Fixed a bug that caused vehicles to fall through hills or hit invisible objects.
Fixed an issue with gun batteries where their shells would explode at the muzzle.
Changed the level of detail settings on runways and manned gunner positions.
Fixed an issue that caused manned gunners to have their tracers originate from
an incorrect point.
Fixed a bug that was causing crashes to desktop and/or huge mutant polygons around airfields.
Fixed an issue that caused gun battery hills to disappear. Also changed the texture on the shape.
Added 2 vehicle drones to the offline mode and made the plane drones various aircraft types.
