1280x1024 missing in cfg dropdown
« on: April 16, 2005, 07:40:12 AM »
The video config thingy is missing the popular LCD res of 1280x1024, I found this out when I went to change texture size.  You can manually change the cfg file so the support for the res is there, just missing the drop down.

Only the 30th post on this. They removed it due to it being an incorrect aspect ratio.

So howcome 1280x960 makes radar circles OVAL, but 1280x1024 doesnt?   And since when did the native resolution of the majority of new LCDs become something they wanted to hose over.  I can only wonder how many newbies dont stay because (like mine before I fixed it), the screen looked squished, and had a good 1" unviewable at the sides and top.

The point is to use the buttons on your monitor to adjust it to fit the screen properly. :D
