Frame Rates Make Game Unplayable Now

Anybody else having trouble with gv fights with zoom on. I get 20 FPS if no other gvs are around, and 5-7 when they are.

Pentium 4 2.2
AIW 9700 Pro
1 Gig Ram
on-board sound off (USB Headset)
