That looks kinda like Apollo 11 field in Van Nuys. I saw lots of jets out there, pretty amazing to see them in flight. The blast of air as they start up/taxi is something to see too. Some real skill goes into those, both building and flying.
It's right in the flight path of Van Nuys airport, the busiest general aviation airport in the world, so there's an altitude restriction that the R/C jets regularily bust. Pretty funny when you start needing to equip your R/C plane with a mode C transponder and coordinate your flight with SoCal approach...
