Hello
upon logging in to the game or during H2H even though I am logging in with my account for some reason the screen name that shows up is NU624 or some random number, how can I get my screen name back? I realise this is not a life or death issue but would still like to get it back

Send an e-mail to HT. He can reset your account and allow you to change your name.

H2H users need to log into the "Chat and SetID" room to get a user ID.

I logged in to chat and set id but where do I change it from their?
this is for a new pc I built for someone and I want to give them back their old name
or will it revert back once they have logged in to chat and set on H2H?

Game ID's are tied to the account. Just have whoever it is create an account so they can have thier own.

Skuzzy do you mean that once they log in to H2H they then click on chat and set ID and their old screen name will be back?
