Are you working on planning next week's mission?  I would like to collaborate with you on making that a weekly thing, and insuring that it is run a bit smoother.

TK, if you want to design the set up, your more than welcome to... if not I will, just let me know.

I think we need to be a little more organized when doing these... it takes to long to get guys in sides or rides..  We should post what rides are availible and ask for ride assignments, so when guys get to the arena they can just get into their rides and are ready.

One CO for each side should do it, then if he wants to ask for flight leads then it's up to him.

Also Squad CO's from each side needs to step up and take the necessary role for there respected Squads.  This includes getting them ready, behavior, and controling them in flight.

Independents can join at any time, but we have to make it aware to them what's going on.  Once the mission roles,  it's up to them to form up.. that goes for squadmates also.

Radar.. this is what should be done to give each side an equal shot.

2- The tower based radar is way to big and over lapping you must set the radar circle smaller so the attacking bombers can fly around the radar circles.

I think we should view this as an event as well as a mission.  A CT CM should be there setting stuff up.  Also maybe have one CM not flying and in the God View watching how things are panning out and notify each side if something happens.  I know we have at least 4 CT CM's that are active... just rotate them 1 won't fly for 1 night for a couple hours.  If I hadn't gotten this FSO CM job I would have done it.

I think organization will make everything run a little smoother and attract some other squads when their rides are there.

We need to make a more positive idea in the CT and that will take an effort from every CT regular.  I know everyone doesn't like every ride, but for the fun factor... suck it up for one night and fly it.

What I think helped, at least a little bit, last week was TK set up an in-game mission. This way, no one has to ask what rides/loadouts are available.  Maybe each CO should do this, bombers have a mission, escorts have one, and intercept as well. This way each CO can fine tune the loadouts. Just a thought.

I'm all for working with whoever is into organizing, maintaining and running the CT mission night.  But I really feel the level of maturity of those involved must be kept up for it to be successful.

With some, just being honest,  their over-reacting people skills are a detriment.
