1. No, theyd still be afraid of 'dying'/loosing (bad for ego)
2. Maybe. But then wed have lost 95% of the players (if were all truthful, we do care if were good at the game -  and despite all faults, the score/statistics are a way to see improvement)
3. No, intresting fights will still be rare. But if you found one youll feel all the better for it.

Oh, and why the discussion comes up again and again ill never understand: For those that dont like scoring... just ignore the .score command!

How I play affects my score, but so what?  Ultimately, my score doesn't affect how I play.
