Maybe a Japanese Type 97 Tankette with 37mm gun?  Germans unloading though.  Did Germans use Tankettes?

I've seen some little ones, dont get me wrong, but nothing like that from Germany.

To me that guy in front seems to be in italian uniform..maybe in some African port..dunno that tank though.

I thought he looked Italian too, but those zipperheads didn't have a tank that size.  

It could be a tracked scout vehicle. Wait a minute, there's Japanese writing on the bumper.

Type 92 or a variant of the Type 95 Ha-Go Tank.
