no, They should make separate P-39 models for the Soviets and Americans.

The air corps in pacific used P-39Ds and P-400. The Russians used the more advanced and lightened P-39Q. If HTC only build P-39Q and use it in PAC scenarios, A6Ms and Ki-43s will be overwhelmed (lol).

Forget uber yaks. We got uber yaks as it is. No reason in the world to make nearly identical planes.

But what I think would be interesting would be a Ta152C (shoter wings, like the A-8, 5 guns, stronger engine than the A8, but heavier. Would be a sweet bomber buster)

I was wondering that myself. What do you think would be good alternatives for the La7 and some of the more popular planes, that are not already in the game. It seems like everytime I come in here, I learn about some new plane or variation that sounds very nice. If new planes were added, it would be nice if they were able to break up some of the tighter followings.

I am also for a/c that would allow reinactments that are not possible without them. Maybe the Beaufighter would fall into that categorie, and as far as I know, it was an important aircraft. I think it might have enough fans to see some use outside these reinactment type scenarios as well, not shure though.

Yak-9M as an uber-moose? Yak-9M is basically a Yak-9T with only a 20mm gun. Nothing special.

Yak9T is pretty damn good.. only reason people don't fly it is because they can't hit crap with it. Make them able to hit crap with it (20mm instead of 37mm) and we'd have lots more yaks around.

I, on the other hand, LIKE the 37mm lol

I CAN hit crap with it, if I live long enough to get into position.

I don't see it. There's nothing the M will do that the U doesn't do better. I think that most people don't fly the "T" because it's underpowered, and once it spends its E it cant get it back.

Yaks are pretty much all I fly in the MA though, so maybe I'm picky.

I love flying the Stuka too when I get bored of flying fighters. But my reason for the cannon gun package is a little self serving, I want them not for killing GVs but rather for dogfighting as that's what I use the Ju87 for. It's a great little stall fighter.
