GreenCloud,

From your oh so accurate assumption of me and your over excited and sensitive response. I'd say that you've never had the balls to serve yourself and just another one of these wanna-be milita types who's seen to many action movies. And  that a 30rd clip adds two inches to his dick while yelling USA F**ck YA  :lol

Gixer has never felt the need, so in his warped mind, nobody else should want more rounds. After all, he is from New Zealand and he should know better, since he thinks he gets the "real scoop" on everything that goes on in the world......being from such diverse country and all.

Geesh Nuke your still brining up the whines about NZ "the scoop" etc. You remind me of my b*tch ex girlfriend you could have an argument with her and then 3 months later she brings it up again as she's still going over it in her mind all that time.

Sometimes I wonder if that picture is actually a current one of you rather then when you were a kid. Plus you should be carefull especially on the net as one mans family photo might be another mans porn.

Nuke, I think the average Kiwi has a bit more of an idea of what goes on in the big wide world than the average American.

Hey Nuke, do you ever wonder if I might be at work on a Friday afternoon having a bit of a quiet day and just feel like taking the p*ss?

What on earth do I give a toss about 30rnd mags and Mini-14's really?

Lazs and Terror

Thanks for the info.

It's so much cheaper, when to accurize a rifle, you only need a glass bedding kit, sandpaper, a chisel and a few spare hours. To have to rebarrel a new $1400 rifle would be way too exspensive. Because they are so popular used Mini14's in good nick get snapped up fast, so what I might do is try and pick up a good used one. It'll make a dent in my stock pile of ball ammo at least, and if I'm not happy with it's accuracy I have the perfect excuse to get something else to keep it company in my gun cabinet.

$1400?  Mini-14s go for around $500 new usually.  Maybe $520 if you get the Stainless variety.  Used ones should go for $350-$400 in good condition.

perfect thinking excel... I have guns that I rarely shoot for one reason or another but..  every once in a while someone will get all excited about em and want to shoot em aned then it is fun to break em out.   A mini 14 is very fun for targets of opportunity at ranges around 50 yards and keeping junk flying around.   The crappy sights work good for fast plinking at cans and such.

gixer... If you don't like firearms.... and you don't care about firearms...  Why do you butt in to every thread about em?   You seem phobic about it.   Your fear is your problem but you project it onto us all the time.

We get it... you hate America and you fear guns.   But...

motorcycles are a human right... so long as you get to choose how and what people ride.   Your constant nannying and braying is what reminds us all here of the girfriend you mentioned.

In about an hour I'm gonna fill my 468 inch big block el camino with $2.50 a gallon gas and go shoot up about 400 rounds of pistol and revolver ammo... I think I will empty a 30 round clip outta the mini 14 too... just for you... try not to think about my noodle ya hear now?

Wrong again, actually I've always had firearms and belonged to the NZDA ( a shooting and hunting club) for 20 years. I also enjoyed my time in the army and all the guns and ammo that I could handle.

It's just your gun laws, NRA and arguments for the right to bare arms that I find amusing.

Hmm.  What so amusing?  It's a right guaranteed by our countries' Bill of Rights.  The same Bill of Rights that guarantees our freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from illegal search and seizure, etc etc.  Why should the Right to Keep and Bear Arms be any different than those other rights?

Kinda strange how you would find people struggling to keep a right, "amusing".....
