Well it loaded pretty fast for me (3MBps cable) but stylistically the intro is too loooooong! And you have literally 1 line of text at a time. Put a bit more into the intro.
Your links are way hard to see (black small font text on dark brown buttons?)
While all that artwork you include is nice, I don't know if it has a theme. Is that flaming skull going to be your squad badge?
Might I suggest speeding up the animation timing on the loading of each sub-page? When you click on Members, and the background descends from the top, and populates with things, etc, make that move faster for all pages (but that's just me, nobody ever said I had the best design tastes)
Looks good! I, personally, think you can tweak it. But it's all subjective.
