Watch and read the news with a critical eye for clues.

It will take a while but the groundwork is being laid right now. We're going to do this and do it correctly.
All of us just have to make sure the politicians do it as COMPLETELY as possible this time. Keep the pressure on; E-Mail them often. They need to hear from us to shore up their resolve.
