Could this run of a 250watt power supply? And if not where can I find better PS for dell dimension 2400?

PSUs are universal (most of the time). 400W are standard these days. At least they were for me.

It might run, I cant say no.  But if you plan on using any other hardware in the computer, like a hard drive or CD ROM........if you have USB ports.............Soundcard.. ...........all that uses power, that 250W is going to die an early death if the computer runs.
