Why not award countries with national perk points? ..
ok you start lets say bish effects a massive strike and captures like 8 bases in a row and pretty much single handedly gets a reset..how about reward the whole country with some country points?
Uses for country points:
1) build up navy, as in add cruisers and escorts insted of being stuck with the same cv group you could "buy" extra ships.
2) better fields and better defences, add acks and upgrade current acks upgrade shore batteries***
3) build more and better factories and cities.
Given the fact that one country could very quickly turn the "war" quite lopsided there would have to be a total arena reset every 2 weeks or so, but it would be neat. I think it would encourage more teamwork in accomplishing goals and better planning, it would be nice to see bomber formations and coordnated attackes in search of a commin goal. just some food for thought.
