Lol.....that quote came from a 1989 game from japan called zero wing that was poorly translated into english.  There was a cinematic in this game that had that phrase.  Here's the link http://rmitz.org/AYB3.swf

I see it springing up here too.

Some compouter geeks went downtown and at our bar street, everywhere where they had written prices with chalk, somehow it was to converted to "All your bases are belong to us" or "Someone set us up the bomb!"

I hear there are some big plans here involving the main bridge in my town.
