2) Several threads back I mentioned the Palestinian aid as it was attached to the Supplemental War budget. That is why I made the Amazed comment. It was sarcasm because Most of the world already knew about it but now they are acting like its some new thing.

For it as long as it doesnt go straight in Hamas or Red Crescent. Humanitarian aid can go to anyone.
