Breaks On??

I jumped in a Dora today and wnet to roll and it seemed like my wheel breaks were like 3/4 of the way on... I could barely move!!
So I tried a Niki and  P-51 and same thing happened!  From there I jumped in a Spit V and all was good.....:confused:

Anyone else having this problem?
