The CT matters very little to HTC; it’s not their bread and butter.  Why in the world would they bother to mess around with the FM between arenas?  It would be a lot of work on their part, for what reason?  HTC tries to match the FM of all planes as closely to real life as possible.  When they discover discrepancies they make adjustments which show up on major releases, but this is rare.  They are not going to give one area a “right” FM and then give another the “wrong” FM.
