call 1-858-790-STAR and talk to Billing and tell them you got a boxed copy of the expansion with an invalid key and if they can do anything about it. They might be able to give you a valid key.

Dont worry, you arent alone. NWN has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Atari is the worst at supporting their products. I finally emailed them and told them I was using my CDs as skeet targets.

Ok after chatting with a Customer Service rep. I learned my SWG is without a key, and my JTL key was missing 2 letters:confused:

so now having sent a scan of my cd case and receipt like they asked I hope they get back to me soon.

edit yay all is now in order.

I just picked this up last Sunday. I didn't have any key issues.

Now if only I could play outside of the 5am-8am and 8pm-10pm time windows. It seems that when ever I log in outside of those times I lag like crazy.

Heh, I bought it too, and I despise RPGs! They're fun, but I know the damning effects of pulling all nighters. Lessee how this first month goes. Space combat will be my forte

Yeah that is the good thing with the lag, I get frustrated and log out = less trouble with the wife.

I had the intentions of getting into the space combat, but then I started having too much fun with the ground combat. Maybe next time...

I've got about 5mil worth of various BE gear, deeds, etc on Valcyn, plus a tier 2 neutral ship w/ uber everything (for its level). If anybody is on that server & wants the stuff, let me know and we'll figure something out. Gonna cancel the account this weekend. WoW is just.. so much better it's not worth even letting my macros grind artisan xp at night.

I'm on Corbantis and go by the name Diego'. I'm also a master shipwright, so if you play on Corbantis and need any ship components or blueprints, just holler.
