Remove the 'userlib' folder.  The old 'userlib' folder will cause a crash.

How can I set my screen to the high resolution demanded by the cloud editor? I've downloaded drivers that had 2048 as an option, but when I tried setting my screen to that it just went black and had to reset itself to 1024x768.

Seems like TE also crashes at first. Removing (or renaming) ahiiterr folder and emtying cache helped though... dont know which one did the trick :)

It would have been the cache folder Blauk, if you had built any shapes from the previous versions of the TE/OE.

In order for any of your previous custom shapes to work, you will have to rebuild them with the OE.

Raptor you've probably already thought of this but unless it's beyond your monitors' limit, have you tried setting color to 16 bit and refresh to 60 Hz before you set resolution to 1280 x 1024?  I'm able to open the Cloud editor with those settings.

Short of that, maybe I could do the weather for you but I haven't experimented with it yet so it would be my first try.  There's probably someone better who would be willing and isn't color blind.
Easy in-game again.

Beyond monitor's limits
I prefer to do it myself because it is hard to explain what I want and dont know what differences there are in AH1 and AH2 cloud editor
