what about the credit card companies that are preying on 18 year olds

Don't give me that sappy "preying on" crap.  I went through the credit card blitz ion college just like every collegian does.  If the student isn't smart enough to avoid getting into debt, he/she should take responsibility for his/her actions.

Excellent point.  An imaginary product is made from recycled humans, therefore...  wait ...uh... I guess you didn't have a point and were just going for the humor.

My point was because corporations are groups of people, rights held by corporations are rights held by people.

Your complaint that bankruptcy laws are different for 'groups of people' than for individuals seems strange to me because there is a whole book of laws relating to 'groups of people'.

If bankruptcy law were singled out as a shining example of fairness when bookkeeping and tax law are different for 'groups of people' than they are for individuals, that would seem inconsistant.

you know, as long as the first and last letters of each word are the right ones, your brain will recognize the word regardless of how you misplace the letters in the middle.
