IBC hands down. Everything else is just a distant second.

A&W is good in a frosty mug, out of a fountain. Otherwise, it's just "eh."

If you're buying it at the store though, IBC blows everything else out of the water. Even the other small root beer makers like Stewarts and can't compare to IBC.

Go to an A&W franchise and buy the brewed (non CO2) type of Rootbeer only available direct from the store. By far the best Root Beer I have ever had. Makes the best Root beer floats. Note however, if you buy in the bottle or can, IBC is better.

IBC is great, and my drink of choice when it comes to root beer. However, there's a brand called Old Soaker from Massachussetts that is just a tad better than IBC. Unfortunately I can't get it here in TN. A friend of mine brings some with her everytime she goes for a visit.

Oh I dont know....I prefer my own root beer. Its made with a concentrate that you mix with water and sugar and I then force carbonate it in a 5 gallon keg. Its something to do with the nephews when I am brewing beer and they want to "help".
