Never had that effect on me at all.
Just get tired of staring at my crotch in some planes.

I think Ren asked in another thread...

How many people using TrackIR would recomend it?
Is it really usable or a novelty?
Does it enhance game play or just make it different and bring in motion sickness? :D

That's the fun part Pongo. :)  And with the new plane renovation, crotches will be modelled!

Sadly, when I made that video, it was probably the peak of my TIR experience.  I rarely use it anymore... mostly because haven't been flying more than twice a month lately :p.  I just noticed the fan films were temporarily removed from naturalpoint's video section.

The last TIR3 software release screwed my movements big time.  I learned on the older software that was included (the stuff from December of 04), and the 'newer' tracking feels vastly different.  My old profile is barely compatible.  I just need to take the time adjusting to my liking.  Took me almost two weeks to get it right the first time.

Use it, love it, but man it was 4 months of pure hell to convert my flying etc.. to TIR VECTOR.

Tiger changed his swing after being at the top of the game... it took him awhile to work it out, and it will take you a while too.

I used CC with my boss and a customer on a conference call this afternoon. Boy did it throw them into a loop. After all the customer was telling us about a problem he was having with the current supplier and what he wanted from us as the new supplier.

Use it and love it.

However; it's prolly still costing me deaths as I still don't have an optimal set up.

That said; I wouldn't consider a sim that didn't support it.
