Saw it but will wait for it to actually make it out and someone put out a demo. I am not paying for the "opportunity" to test something. It oddly smells of "Voss" from way back in the day.

Any babes in this one?  I got in trouble in the driving sim thread for pointing out 'no babes'.

I don't know if I should look at all the screen shots or not.

Why would an f16 sim need such crazy high def models of a btr60? Is it going to sit in your back seat?

ya know what drives me nuts about that picture holden? the guy has like thousands and thousands of dollars invested in monitors and machines, yet he has a crappy logitech twisty stick. you'd think an investment in a hotas would have been somewhere in there.

if I remember correctly, the dutch guy who used wideview for those monitors with FS(wideview isn't free anynore btw :p)
works for a computer company of sorts and he gets them pretty cheap.
so he said he didn't spend too much money.

back on the thread of Fighter Ops, I do find it weird that they modelled the terrain insuch detail yet for the cockpits they only have crude models. Also, the FM isn't mentioned at all, in fact, they don;t say anything on the website  about the actual simulator part of the game.

The ground look like the MFS scenery packs. I'm sure it's all nasty when get closer from the ground. I think modeling the ground using geographic datas and sat images was the easy part.

I think the texture resolution is better than MSFS packs-which only allow you to go down to 5m/pixel. I've seen the Megascenery renderings of the same area, and this definitely looks sharper.
