Frac3 terrain RES file buggy

trying to log into the KOTH, everytime I click on SEA it wants to download new frac3 terrain, once it downloads it boots me back to the log on screen / start screen

I deleted my cache/precache  deleted the terrain,  deleted arena.cfg  still get same thing

tryed loading terrain in offline mode, it immediately boots to desktop and pops up acehigh.exe as encountered an error message

all other terrains and online arenas work great, SEA is giving me fits!

I asked Skychimp to email his frac3.res file and it worked perfect the first try!

apparently the one that auto downloads in the game is corrupted
