I was so impressed by the concept and the trailer that I bought UT2004 so I could play. Anyone out there have a preferred server that's willing to teach me the ropes?

It's my favourite FPS by far, with BF2 a close second. I also bought UT2004 just to play it. I'd help out, but I only play Euro servers.

Hey VOR, I'd like to give R.O. a chance as well.  Let me go get UT04 and we can find a server.  I haven't done a FPS WWII game since MOH:AA and I would like to do that again.

Been playing it since first beta. Keeps getting better every release. BF2 has me by the balls right now but I'll get back to RO in a few weeks.

Probably going to get it tomorrow after work.  I have Thursday off so that's when I am going to load it and get R.O.

Hawklore, you can find it online for about 20 bucks. I paid retail  before I knew about that.

I played last night on the CiA server for a while and had a blast. It's a totally different online game than say CoD or BF1942.

I've never seen weapons modeled in a game to such meticulous and accurate detail (but the recoil on some of the SMGs is a little too pornounced). It's pretty immersive.

It also  comes with built-in voice comms, but for some reason nobody on the servers I played on actually used them. Dunno why.

Voice comms cause lag and also you can't mute some morons....so usually admin turns 'em off.

Hey Diablo, did you pick it up yet?

Hawk, I saw your ad for a squad on the forum, any luck?
