Well
Oktoberfest starts 17 September and finishes 3 October. It's a very busy time of the year and I guess hotels and flights would be expensive since they'd be in big demand. It's probably best to start booking now if many people were interested.
However, I can put two people up in single beds. Another could sleep on the sofa and that just leaves floor space for anyone else.
There's also two aircraft museums in Munich, one of which is a little out the way but do-able (might need taxi for last section).

Unfortunately I don't have everyones email addresses any more, though I could try and ring a few people to see if they're interested. You know of anyone else who'd like to do Oktoberfest?
Depending on how many come out, there's also
Neuschwanstein castle to the south and
Kehlsteinhaus (Eagles Nest) in the Alps to the south (Berchtesgaden). Both still in Bavaria.
BTW Doesn't strictly have to be during Oktoberfest time since there's more and enough beer already in Munich!!
